All goods and services, besides merchandise, are delivered in the Training Center. This is the middle navigation icon at the bottom of the screen. Within this page, look on the left side for "Purchased Documents & Videos". Some products are delivered in our the Social Media Feed as well. These may either be mixed in with freely shared content from creators or filtered out at your discretion.

Everyone can sell goods or services on our platform; you have the power to decide who to purchase from. To help you make informed decisions, we provide a number of tools to help you understand who coaches and athletes are, what they are like, and why you should purchase from one person, rather than another. These include:

• Verification Icons
• Reviews
• User Facts: Legal Name, Number of Transactions, Age of Account. 
• Social Media Presence. 

We also heavily monitor our platform for abuse. Identity fraud, failure to provide goods or services, bullying, harassment, explicitness and criminal activity are all monitored for. To prevent the return of someone who violates our Terms of Service, we ban their email, phone number, and Stripe account. If necessary, we will contact law enforcement.

Each verification represents an impartial identification process conducted on a user, for the community. We currently have two levels of verifications to ensure the safety and integrity of our community. The first level is our Background Verification, ensuring that a user has never committed a crime that breaches our threshold for turning virtual interactions into online meetups, thus helping to prevent physical or mental abuse through our services. The second level is our Insignia Verification, which cannot be purchased. This marks a user who has undergone a background check, exceeded expectations, and aligns with our community's values. 

We need to ensure the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our website so that it continues to function smoothly for everyone. This includes regular updates, adding new features, and implementing robust security measures to prevent infiltration by hackers. Additionally, we must continuously monitor for any abuse or misuse, ensuring a safe and user-friendly experience for all our visitors. Achieving this requires full-time, salaried team members who are dedicated to their mission, working tirelessly to maintain the highest standards of performance and security. For all of these reasons and more, we need to charge 13% per transaction.
